Blue cheese has a firm, crumbly texture with blue mold veins throughout. Sharper, earthy flavor, and full bodied, Aged Blue Cheese is aged in caves for 60 days and is slightly more crumbly than the Amish Blue. Crumble some on your favorite salad with chopped walnuts, and apples. Wonderful!
Aged Swiss is aged over 18 month. The flavor is strong and nutty. Great for Fondue or Reubens
